2 Choc Hostess Cupcakes (and now they are all done) do not buy again. Easy to grab but so unhealthy to eat. Waste of 170 calories x 2
Coffee with 1/2 cup 2% low fat milk Lactaide
Diet Pepsi
Fitbit tracker - Sleep 6h 29m - Deep/1:26, Light/3:16, Rem/1:46
Now for the walking of 5K steps minimum per day starting today. Must get moving to burn calories.
Going for: If you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose weight.
Lunch
2 Slices regular white bread
1 egg & mayo
Diet Pepsi
Snack
Fish Crackers
Peanut Butter mini crackers
There is obviously an addiction to CARBS ... not so much sugar stuff but carbs that turn to sugar in the system. Time to learn how to break the CARB addiction...
Dinner
Mash Potatoes & Gravy
Cottage Cheese
Sparkling Water (Blackberry)
1/2 quesadilla
2,000 Steps (should be 5K minimum)
